cimarosa stripe
Yes, it’s a new cimarosa dress! The last two styles were such popular sellers that we made a few more, in a modern stripe woven cotton. I’ve also added size XL, which is a win for all sizes because it really just means greater size range. I’m rather fond of the stripe fabric, and I hope you like it too.
I have been playing around a little with my photo techniques. I’m really happy with the way this shot of Cheryle turned out. What do you think?

second summer
Summers just getting started and I have a few more dresses to add to the collection. I’m calling it “second summer”, I had a great photo shoot this weekend with Cheryle, I think you guys are gonna love what came of it. Look for the new dresses to arrive in the shop in a couple of weeks.
finally! a pattern!
It’s becoming pretty common that I get emails asking me if I would sell a pattern. It’s really not that simple, my patterns are lacking instructions for the most part and it takes a few days of work to write a set of instructions just for one style.
Thankfully, Stitch magazine put me to work doing just that. In their spring issue, you can make one of my wrap dresses. Perfect for summer!

I sometimes like to pretend I’m a much bigger designer then I actually am. If I were, I would work with Supreme Management In New York. “Supreme is devoted to the development of rising stars and dedicated to the vision of eclectic beauty.” Holy Shit! Look at their S/S 09 Showpackage the styling, the girls, the photos, the monk thing, le drool.
Oh! and I just found out you can buy a book of this here. I’m tempted.
