We have closed up shop and moved to far away land. If your curious about what I’m up to check out my new blog.
Moses Quinby. http://www.mosesquinby.com Thanks for all your kind words and support.
It’s good to be back in the studio, getting ready for 2012. It’s going to be a big year with lots of projects and changes in the works. Hope yours is full of progress!
This is the last sale of my season, and it’s the one I’m most excited about! We’ll be donating 10% of our sales to Richmond Place, it’s an organization that helps families get back up on their feet, by providing temporary housing, and basic needs. The sale is located at Bloomsberry Floral & Bluebird Reality headquarters, next door to The Press Club, on Clinton. We will be serving “Holiday Cheer”, stop by and toast to the end of a wonderful year!
This is where I’ll be this weekend. Please excuse the mess on my website as I do these shows. I’ve sold out of a lot of old styles, but the good news is that I have a ton of new stuff. I’ll get the new things posted online as soon as I can.
I’ll be at Urban Craft Uprising this weekend. If your in Seattle please stop by and say hello!
It’s at the Seattle Center Exhibition Hall, on Saturday and Sunday from 11-5.

I’ve been stock piling dresses for the Holiday Sales I’ll be doing this season. I’m still using the unbleached organic cotton woven from my summer collection. It’s such beautiful fabric, wonderful drape, with tiny brown specks of organic cotton fiber. Just lovely.
The organic cotton takes dye beautifully. I’ve been vat dyeing in my studio, I have a set up that allows me to do 12 yards at a time. This fabric is gorgeous, it’s has clouds of color and stardust spots of undissolved dye running through it. I’m just so smitten!
Here’s an example of one of the dresses, I’m a little disappointed at how the fabric photographs. It really doesn’t show it’s true beauty. Hopefully you can make it out to one of my holiday shows to see for yourself. More on that later.
I did a couple of organic wedding dresses for a new eco bridal store in LA. Here’s a little peek at one of them. Hair by Candice White, make up by Oliva Hawthorne.
